Contract & Payment
After outlining the project scope and timeline, I will send you a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Work begins once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
Phase 2
discovery & design Phase
I will review your completed intake form and create mockups that reflect your branding and objectives. Your feedback at this stage shapes the final design.
Phase 3
Design Approval & Development
Upon design approval, I'll set up a WordPress environment on a subdomain, select a theme, install essential plugins, and prepare the website’s structure.
Phase 4
Development & Content Integration
I'll then build out your website, integrate your content (text, images, videos), and fine-tune the design to match your brand identity while ensuring optimal functionality.
Phase 5
Review & Client Feedback
You will receive a staging link to review the website. I will collect your feedback and implement any necessary changes to meet your expectations.

Final Testing & Launch Preparation
Before launch, I rigorously test the site on multiple devices and browsers, verify forms and functionality, and optimize for speed and security.
Phase 7
Final Payment & Domain Transfer
After final testing, I will invoice you for the remaining 50% of the project. Once received, I'll transfer the website to your live domain and set up essential tracking tools.
